At Honey Birdette the first and foremost role responsibility of every Honey is to create a welcoming, friendly, and luxury environment for women to feel comfortable in. We provide a luxury experience through our well kept store, appointment system, and overall put together appearance and demeanor of the employees. Customer service is a very important key part of the rapid expansion of the company and our every day roles. Each Honey is responsible for creating appointments and tracking the store calendar to make sure we are prepared for each VIP experience as well as follow up with clients. As Assistant Boutique Manager additional responsibilities included:-Involvement in the interview and hiring process-Training newly hired employees-Tracking sales data to present store progress on weekly company conference calls-Assisting the Store Manager with planning and set up of in store events

Responsibilities in this role included opening and closing duties, giving customers information regarding nutrition and health facts of the beverages, keeping the store tidy and up to health code, and providing each customer with a pleasant experience. Additional duties as a Shift Lead included receiving and putting away new shipment, banking, and assisting in the training of new employees.

In this role I assumed the core responsibilities giving team feedback, in the moment training, memorizing and teaching product knowledge, sales, cash handling and banking. Additionally I was responsible for several specialty roles over my time there, including: -Eco Specialist: Responsible for creating and implementing initiatives to reduce energy usage and waste in store.-Social Media Manager: Running store social media accounts by taking, editing, and posting product photos, writing engaging copy, and responding to customer messages.-Visual Merchandising: Making product look presentable and appealing to the eye as well as making sure that product is being put out in sold in the correct order to ensure customers are always getting fresh product.

This positioned required the memorization of ingredients in food based product, creating a friendly and welcoming environment for customers, and making iced and hot tea drinks.
