Lead designer on multiple agency clients, working closely with different departments to create integrated, strategic advertising campaigns from concept to execution. Provide art direction for junior designers, production, and web teams. Coordinate with the account team and print production to ensure projects meet deadlines and are within budget. Direct photo shoots and video shoots. Collaborate with our New Business team to develop proposals for potential clients, presenting in pitches. Present work to internal team and to external clients.

Worked to develop and execute strategic creative campaigns and materials for clients, primarily in the following media: print ads, direct mail, website designs, banner ads, email marketing, posters, brochures, branded giveaways, videos, brand identity, and social media. Other responsibilities included producing conceptual sketches and comps to communicate ideas to clients, working extensively with account manager and copywriters to discuss the requirements and target audience. Someclients included Applegate, CENTURY 21, CRP Industries, Domino’s, Thomson Reuters, & ETS. Joined the team as a Junior Art Director, then was promoted twice, finally serving as a leader on the creative team as Senior Art Director.

Responsibilities included designing sales & marketing materials, designing magazine layouts, brainstorming/sketching, assisting on photo shoots, and image research.
