Accountable for store level inventory and product flow execution which meets the needs of the customer with the right product in the right place and at the right time. Achieve financial plan goals while optimizing sales profit and inventory dollars and turns.Duties and Responsibilities (Key Deliverables)Executes product flow to the store level including: o Order Creation o Replenishment o Allocation o Demand Fulfillment• Responsible to adhere to the receipt plan as it relates to product flow. • Accountable for in-stock conditions at the distribution facility and store level achieved established standards and optimizing inventory turn and ROI.• Manages category transitions by ensuring appropriate level of inventory to support store plan-o-grams. Executes clear strategy for new and discontinued products, maximizing the customer experience.• Manages promotional inventory and inventory turns to support plans while adhering to established guidelines. Executes established exit strategy while balancing inventory and ROI.• Executes demand forecasting at item and store level.

• Support buyer in item selection, merchandise presentation, and promotion execution• Coordinate product advertisement, system entry, proofing, and analyze ad performance• Create, analyze and interpret data for various reports for the core team• Communicate with vendors for samples and images, and resolving issues• Validate new product setup, product maintenance, link groups, pricing, and life cycle• Identify industry trends, competitive shop, arrange line reviews, and understand assortment and strategy• Work with the Department of Natural Resources in 5 different states to coordinate the sale hunting and fishing licenses• Coordinate the ordering, receiving, replenishment, and return of Federal Duck Stamps• Build Ladder plans for seasonal items, analyze sell though and recommend actions• Responsibility for writing orders including fall imports and new items• Daily PO management including vendor communication, PO adjustments, and PO tracking • Run and analyze daily sell through tracking; provide team with recommended actions• Manage Bike Build report to help track each stores’ sellable inventory• Analyze seasonal sell through report and provide recommended actions
