In my current position at American Honda Motor Company, I am an analyst in our Voice of the Customer team, overseeing and reporting out on NPS surveys in Qualtrics for our customer-facing digital products (app, website, etc). My recent work has also included supporting an initiative to make business decisions based on customer data and research. I am aiding in the development of research plans, execution of interviews, synthesis of CX data, and creation of customer journeys. Additionally, I have shared these learnings with other CX teams in a consultative approach to encourage change management. I graduated from the The University of Alabama in May of 2024 with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration with a major in Marketing, a minor in Real Estate, and a Master of Science in Marketing with a concentration in Marketing Data Analytics.In my previous position at American Honda Motor Company, I served as an intern in the Customer Experience Department, that manages customer-facing initiatives and digital products. I completed usability testing studies and synthesis for the improvement of a website, analyzed email campaign metrics using PowerBI to visualize findings, and gathered actionable insights from Qualtrics NPS surveys for multiple products. My excitement for automotives, sustainability, and customer-centric improvements was developed through this position.
