My passion centers around coaching and developing other professionals to help them achieve their potential. To me, great leadership is about caring enough about the people I work with to hold them accountable and realizing that they are capable of more than they thought on their own.I also believe that creating a world class organization requires creating a workplace where it is safe to be diverse and have different perspectives on things. The strongest solutions come when people can openly discuss the challenges that the organization is facing to help figure out the best possible direction.Finally, leading by example is critical. If I want the people and parts of the organization I am responsible for to improve, I have to be willing to do the same. Constantly learning new things helps keep me sharp and engaged so that I am ready for the challenges that my current job and future responsibilities will hold.
