After the transition to a COVID-only hospital from a long-term acute care hospital, trained traveling pharmacy technicians while adapting to hospital changes including the addition of 3 ICU units. Worked as part of a 6-person intern team creating solutions to new challenges arising from initial staff downsizing prior to the pandemic and high turnover after the hospital transitioned to treating COVID patients exclusively.
