Assisted patients with regestration and answered any insurance questions via telephone. Also worked with verifying demographic and insurance information for each patient.

I created an independent project in Histology where I researched cystic fibrosis. I used parafin wax create a slide of a mouse lung. i sectioned the specimen, mounted it in the slide, and stained the slide using histological techniques. I used this slide as a model of a healthy lung and created a project that differentiated and discussed the malfunctions of a diseased lung.

Worked in a lab under Dr. Matthais Foellmer. Studied differences between male and female spider species.
