From a young age, the thought of being a coder has always interested me, which led me to major in computer science. I'm currently an undergraduate studying at Cal Poly Pomona who is set to graduate May of 2025. I never once thought that I would be able to run my first program and actually understand what was being compiled. I also never thought how hard of a major computer science could be and seeing many of my colleagues fighting for the same career. In such a competitive environment, I soon realized how challenging and competitive this field can be, as I watched many of my peers excel in problem-solving and efficient thinking. In such a harsh environment, I realized I had to come up from my shell for my future. It is never to late to become something even if it may seem that way. When creating a project, it is more than just sticking to the basic guidelines. It is ones passion and obsession that makes a program. It is a learning curve, but I am willing to put in the work to become better always. My current interest include web development and software engineering, specifically working with databases. To hone these skills and improve them is my goal. I'm eager to always learn any new skills and programming languages that can help me towards to be being better.
