Monitored and reconciled weekly activity between several warehouses and shipments to stores on regular basis. Responsibilities included analyzing variances through different reporting methods, posting journal entries and accruals, and month end close process. Was also responsible for warehouse ship gross review which involves correcting abnormal gross profit margins on items shipped to stores to make sure stores were billed appropriately for inventory.Periodically, new warehouse conversions are scheduled for converting from a third party warehouse into self distributing location in order to have everything "in-house". During these conversion periods, testing is completed to ensure that shipments, receipts, or inventory adjustments behave correctly from an accounting perspective as well as monitored trends and other accounting functions prior to conversion. Once conversion occurs, the warehouse falls in line with the weekly monitoring and reconciling of the warehouse inventory account as mentioned above.Provided metrics and analytical reporting for the Program Management and Reporting/Innovation teams using Power BI. Some examples of reports included Damaged Dollars by Shipments for all warehouses and showing the external/internal inventory quantity changes for particular facility after conversion to uncover reporting issues, Cases Shipped by Date for new converted facilities showing interal/external inventory, and Payable Issue Tracking highlighting outstanding payables to vendors by facility in increments of over 35 days, 75 days, 90+ days. Also assisted developers in providing analytics for more enhanced reporting such as existing average cost, host items, cycle counts, and activity register data.

Performed full spectrum of accounting functions for largest dental network in Central Pennsylvania. Reviewed detailed analyses of fixed asset general ledger accounts and depreciation expenditure on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Provided support for accountants and external departments in general ledger accounting and related functional areas.
