My current role as Senior Manager II for Sam's Club managing the Sam's Cash Bonus Offers Program has allowed me to use my expertise in loyalty marketing to drive member retention and engagement. I strive to meet my objectives by working to improve the Bonus Offer Program user experience, customer journey, and program marketing. Along with providing partners with best in class partner management from onboarding to monthly check ins. Through the establishment of strong partner relationships, I am able to gain a deep understanding of each partner including their goals and challenges and identify opportunities to deepen the partnerships.I discovered my passion for loyalty marketing specifically partnership management, program management, strategy planning and business development through my time working as as an account manager on the American Airline AAdvantage Loyalty Partnership team. In my previous work experiences, I have led marketing research, social media campaigns, as well as strategy on how to reach the target audience and improve traffic and lead generation.As a graduate of Texas Woman's University and Baylor University, I have a solid foundation in business and marketing fundamentals. I developed my leadership skills by serving as the Director of of Santa’s Workshop, an organization aimed at giving back to the community as well as mentoring to the younger generation. This experience allowed me the opportunity to explore what it takes to lead and develop a team.
