Taking those passions and successfully combining them with skills like effective communication, creativity, and good time management, all to help a business develop a relationship with their customers is what I’m passionate about.While interning at a marketing agency in Salt Lake City, I was able to develop a detail-oriented mindset, effective time management, and working organizational skills to meet expectations and deadlines in a competitive, accountable, and client-obsessed environment. My experiences there also helped me develop critical listening skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and further refine that detail-oriented mentality. Through thoughtful mentors, I learned the importance and practice of being someone who is organized and always uses effective communication to help contribute to successful campaigns and satisfy demanding clients.Through experiences in school, work, and life I’ve learned the value of listening carefully before analyzing, and analyzing completely before speaking. I’ve found that problem solving is much more successful when the problem is correctly understood, and your ability to effectively communicate results and ideas increases when listening and understanding are put first. Putting others and their experiences and feelings first helps to foster positive experiences, meaningful relationships, and lasting impressions that can stay with them for a lifetime.
