-Researched, recommended, and integrated new dispatch management system through Hera Solutions, which optimized performance tracking capabilities, decreased reliance on paper records, and simplified data input and review processes-Coordinated and tracked delivery routes, rescue routes, driver schedules, maintenance requests, and company invoices to ensure internal cohesion and performance efficiency-Managed all internal communications, including personal requests, driving infractions, delivery support needs, and employee terminations via phone calls, internal system messages, and meetings
