As a sergeant in the Army National Guard, I have completed a 12-month deployment for a multi-national force and observers mission, tracking and monitoring all ground and air movement. I also work as a cannon crewmember within field artillery, collaborating with a team of six to complete fire missions with howitzer cannons. I am proud to serve my community, state, and nation with initiative, expertise, and professionalism. Along with that, I am 1-163rd Public Affairs Representative to ensure inxreased public affairs initiatives are met. I am also a Certified Scrum Master with hands-on experience in leading and managing two agile scrum teams for MasterBrand Cabinets, Inc., a leading manufacturer of cabinets and countertops. I helped define, organize, deliver, and support strategic plans for implementing digital technologies and other projects, ensuring the effective use and practice of the agile framework. I also led and coached an employee engagement team to ensure high quality engagement, satisfaction, and work throughout the digital technology team. I am passionate about service, leadership, and organization, and I hold a human resource management diploma and a B.S in organizational leadership from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis. I am beginning my Masters Degree in Project Management at Purdue University. I now work for CVS Health construction department as an Associate Program Manager leading two enterprise programs; Omnicare and High Cost Slow Moving initiative. I am a self-motivated, hard-working, dedicated, and outgoing leader who is motivated to strive for success. I hold morals high and am continuously striving to better not only myself, but others around me on a daily basis.
