I was a TA with the Department of Classics, Modern Languages and Linguistics at Concordia University. The highly competitive position offered me the chance to:-Facilitate hour long virtual and in-person tutorials and weekly office hours for up to 40 students. They could hash out their specific questions and we set individual goals for their desired GPA.-Augment my students’ learning outcomes, by reading current research papers, academic articles and textbooks.

I enhanced my coaching skills immeasurably in this role. My success metrics included:-Creating curriculum and facilitating workshops (up to 6 week long programs) for groups of up to 30 people, educating them on pain management and mental coping tools for birth and postpartum.-Supporting 50+ clients during childbirth by tailoring my coaching style to each one, guided by their individualized birth plans I ensured they received informed choice in the high-stress and fast paced… Show more I enhanced my coaching skills immeasurably in this role.
