- Worked with Docker, Kubernetes, and other cloud technologies to help develop a flexible containerization framework used internally by several Lockheed teams.- As part of a small team, created a reinforcement-learned python model for a defensive program that could consistently out-perform a human agent.- Patched and maintained 200+ Sikuli unit tests for the large Java application suite mentioned below.- Worked with a team of about 200 people developing a Java EE application suite comprised of about 2,000,000 lines of code via the Agile paradigm.- Wrote abstracted Python class code to drastically reduce code duplication and increase productivity and maintainability in our Sikuli tests.- Took ownership of the message dissemination code for the primary application in our suite and enhanced and hardened the process. The viability of this primary client was dependent on this process.- Took ownership and reimplemented a complex data-filtering mechanism that runs throughout the aforementioned suite of applications to help users to quickly locate and organize their data from a very large data set.- Was able to track down and eliminate some critical bugs, some of which have been present in the software for over a year.

- Developed complex Java desktop application that decoded an MHTML page, scraped its data, organized it, and outputted it as a CSV file for easier ingestion into other applications. Employed a flexible XML map format of my design that allowed for easy customization of the ingested data as well as output formatting.- Developed and maintained a large InfoPath form for general account creation.- Developed VBA application with GUI that ingested data from multiple different source files and output a report in the form of a PowerPoint briefing.- Managed and designed permission structure for our internal SharePoint site (>150 users).- Designed SharePoint page templates using the page masters and custom CSS.- Enhanced SharePoint pages with custom JavaScript to call workflows, and dynamically populate page content.- Developed several, flexible JavaScript widgets for our SharePoint pages including an interactive scrolling banner with code specifically for cross-browser compatibility and fully-customizable world clock controller.- Helped maintain two Cisco ACD systems.- Developed and helped design our Cisco ACD’s IP IVR system that includes multiple incoming queues, VIP queues, callbacks, and dynamic priority assignment designed to answer the most calls in the shortest amount of time.- Developed simple PowerShell scripts for automation
