I am working as a research student in Dr. Christine Denny's lab at CUIMC. This research is affiliated with both the Department of Psychiatry at CUIMC and the Division of Systems Neuroscience at the Research Foundation for Mental Hygiene, Inc. (RFMH) / the New York State Psychiatric Institute (NYSPI). I am working on projects to develop and test drugs for stress resilience and prevent the development of psychiatric diseases.

Private mathematics and SAT/ACT preparation tutor.

I assisted on ongoing projects in the department of Biochemistry at Trinity College Dublin in the Ryan Lab. I independently conducted experiments and analyses to contribute to publications and theses studying thermodynamic memory.

NIDDK STEP-UP intern at the University of Hawaii’s Institute for Biogenesis Research. I studied a novel transgenic technique utilizing placental exosomes and presented this work at the NIH headquarters in Bethesda, Maryland.

UPMC Hillman Academy YES Intern and UPMC Undergraduate Hillman Academy Intern. In 2021, I assisted in publications and research projects in the department of Bioinformatics under the direction of Dr. David Boone. From 2019-2021, I performed an independent in-vitro drug trial in the Department of Urological Research under Dr. Zhou Wang.

I digitized all business and financial files from 2014-2021 and ordered and distributed school supplies for the 2020-2021 school year. I also assisted the Le Jardin Academy communications team on marketing and social media projects.
