I was previously employed with Solomon Cloud Solutions, where my duties included contacting customers, gathering information, and ultimately developing or customizing software. I have worked extensively with Microsoft Dynamics SL, C++, and VB.Net. I am also experienced in SQL Server as well as maintaining customer relations and contact.I have worked as a Support Technician for the University of Findlay for over three years and was considered a Senior Employee. I am well versed in phone etiquette, troubleshooting, customer relations, customer support, and hardware replacement. My day-to-day activities included working with faculty, staff, and students over the phone, submitting requests and updating the ticketing queue, delivering and setting up computer hardware throughout the campus, and making sure that the online knowledge base stays up to date.In regards to my college education, I have taken all of the Computer Science courses relevant to my chosen major offered by the University of Findlay. These courses include Software Design I and II, Software Engineering, Database Management Systems, Computer Networking, and other less computer science focused classes such as Professional Development.
