About Taylor Mandel

For the past two years, I have been the Director of Music at the Queen City Academy charter school in Plainfield, New Jersey. In this role, I have completely reenergized the students and helped them to recognize the joy that music can bring. Additionally, I have worked with the core teachers to identify weaknesses in classes and I create assignments to further supplement their lesson plans. I constantly incorporate writing assignments, critiques, and math into my lessons to provide a more fruitful curriculum for my students.
