When individuals are pressured to conform to societal norms it can lead to increased stress, depression, anxiety, and other negative reactions. Hi, I’m Taylor. I’m a passionate mental health counseling student and your number one hype woman! My journey started off in the military as an Aerospace Medical Technician in the West Virginia Air National Guard. During my six year enlistment, I obtained a masters degree in public administration. This path opened doors to an administration position as a trainer with CORA Physical Therapy. I found my passion at CORA— people. Helping individuals during transitioning periods, instilling empowerment/ confidence into others, and focusing on burnout in the work place.
