I’m Taylor Martinez, a student studying Integrative Biology in the College of Letters and Science at UC Berkeley. I have a deep interest in neurology and caring for children. I hope to pursue a career as a pediatric neurologist. More specifically, I am aiming to further my understanding about Cerebral Palsy and Epilepsy to improve the lives of children with these conditions. I have started working towards this pursuit through shadowing doctors, volunteering at a local hospital, and working closely with children. I am eager to continue this journey, absorb more knowledge, make new discoveries, and leave a positive impact on the world.
