I managed all social media accounts as well as the content. I was the head of client relations and customer service. As the administrative lead, I interacted with new clients by leading the onboarding process and worked to make sure our clients' needs were met. I also worked with leagues such as the Miami heat.

As part of our business development needs, I serviced all clients and delegated portions of the projects to our various teams in order to meet deadlines. As the administrative lead, I interacted with our incoming clientele and managed those bookings. In addition, I oversaw all sales meetings for our clients and team and managed those projects to completion. I had the opportunity to assist as well on the digital marketing efforts and provide insight into the graphic design and presentation though the final edits.

As the direct liaison to the CEO, I was responsible for the central calendar and complete database of corporate and social events. This position required high level detail and sensitivity handling of information. In addition, I created and managed all digital marketing efforts to drive more interaction with new clients across all media platforms.

I worked closely with the regional marketing manager to develop corporate partnerships to increase visibility for SoulCycle Brickell. I completed floor plans for retail operations and managed various product lines. I worked my way up to becoming a supervisor and key holder team.
