Focus on developing land base methodically and creatively, increasing capital efficiency and profitability.- Recommendation and evaluation of land sales.- Evaluation and execution of small and large scale property acquisitions/dispositions and swaps. - Assist in annual budget and reserve replacement process.- Review and make recommendation on 3rd party notices.- Geologically map, high grade, and provide development plans for formations outside of the Upper Mannville and Cardium (i.e. Viking, Lower Mannville, Rock Creek).
