I was part of the IT team, which consisted of 2 other colleagues. Our department were responsible for dealing with all IT related queries from our colleagues, that would come to us by telephone, email or through our Jira ticketing system. Our main responsibilities would be creating and maintaining user accounts within active directory and office 365,maintaining and building IT equipment for home/office user, managing our 3CX phone system and general maintenance of our servers. The role started off in house, but due to COVID it changed to a remote based, working from home role.
