After being promoted to a more intense leadership position with Target, I was put in charge of 200 team member schedules and training plans. I hired over 100 team members. I led recruiting events and ventured out acquiring talent on my own. I made multiple connections with a variety of team members and guests that will last a lifetime.

Straight out of college, I learned how to run a successful business, top to bottom. This job took my leadership skills to a whole new level as I had to make fast decisions that affected every department in the store. I managed my team of over 20 team members and set new visuals to attract our guests.

I spent the summer before my senior year in the fast and ever-changing world of retail. I was offered a full-time job with Target at the end of my internship, proving my potential to a talented company.

I give tours to prospective students and their families at Northwest. I love being able to meet all types of people and share my experiences with them.
