Established in 1988, the program cares for more children and adolescents than any other pediatric HIV service in the region. Junior Council's mission is to support the Pediatric & Adolescent HIV/AIDS Program and ensure all children with HIV/AIDS, regardless of their ability to pay, have access to high-quality pediatric healthcare.
