Assist with logistical support between the customer and approved Sources of Supply (SOS) and Sources of Repair (SOR) on assigned spares and maintenance repairs. Verify accuracy of documentation and completeness of files prior to final processing. Interface with SOS/SOR representatives, Logistics Specialists, Procurement Specialists, Contract Administrators, and SKLS Management to coordinate assigned logistrical requirements. Document assigned actions into database systems supporting the contract; furnish data and reports as required; and initiate follow-up action to ensure timely delivery of repaired items, procedures, and procurement policies.

Work on PROS V contract procuring items for the Air Force, Navy, and Armys of U.S. allied countries. Review, analyze and verify customer requirements for accuracy and completeness of required documentation. Apply logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of proposed alternative solutions to customer requirements. To date, have placed 850 requisitions on contract for a total value of $13,220,434.72. Train new hirings in the process and procedures of their tasks. Review and approve coworker’s contracts. Participate in the hiring process as well as monthly review of new hires. Train 5 team members
