I am an Alumna of Auburn University with my Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a major in Management and a minor in Human Resources.I am an Operations/Human Resource/Management professional with 8+ years working experience. I am experienced in Recruiting, Training, Managing, Hiring, Developing of Business Strategies, and more. I have successfully worked with performance tracking and career building tools to ensure all employees have forward movement within the team and are continuously trained to enhance performance within the company. I am very detail-oriented and organized when it comes to analyzing the needs of the business, goals, metrics, program, and project planning. I have completed and successfully distributed a full Training Needs Analysis and designed a training program based on needs of the business. I am experienced in payroll processes and benefit packages as well.I take pride in my communication skills both written and verbally, with a strength in team building, and client/employee relationship management.
