Spent 4 years in technical recruiting. Great experience. I learned a lot and honed quite a few skills that I will use for the rest of my life.

- Coordinated campus-wide projects designed to reduce the campus’s environmental footprint.- Successfully coordinated the the university’s first ever campus-wide sustainability assessment.- Facilitated and guided stakeholders through interactive exercises designed to align goals and purpose.- Compiled and analyzed data in order to make policy/planning recommendations based on the results of the research and data.- Coordinated service, management, and financial improvements for campus waste systems.

I managed all operational aspects of the farm including but not limited to: site prep, propagation, transplanting, fertility maintenance, harvesting, and post-harvest handling. I also managed the farm's marketing including it's branding, website, and social media.I designed and built infrastructure for the farm including a greenhouse, automated irrigation systems, perimeter fencing, pastured chicken coops, and a layer chicken coop.RiverFly Farms was a very special chapter in my life. I sharpened my business acumen, gained valuable project management experience, and learned how important real estate development and public policy is in establishing sustainable and resilient food systems.

I managed operations for The Farmstead at Scott River Lodge in Northern California. This included a 3 acre garden, a propagation greenhouse, pastured broilers, layer hens, farm-share program, and a small goat herd. I maintained and improved all farm infrastructure. I designed and built new infrastructure including goat pens, fencing, pastured chicken coops, and raised beds for vegetables, brambles, and fruit trees.
