The principle User Experience Architect & Interaction Design Architect for the Federal Reserve System's FedCash® system. Worked on behalf of the San Francisco User Experience Group in conjunction with the Cash Product Office to forge relationships with Product Owners, Subject Matter Experts, National Business Experts, Data Modelers, Research, Software Developers, Security Experts, as well as Operations Managers and Members to deliver a design and systems management solution that incorporated the entire cash operation of the Federal Reserve System at all levels of capacity in regards to physical paper cash handling, management, and transportation.Logistics, Management, High-speed Verification, Reporting, Support, Accounting, as well as the Day-to-day work in counting and managing cash across the Federal Reserve System was just a small portion of the responsibility of FedCash®. The system is considered the procurement method for the “Banker's Bank Account” that all major national, international, and private entity banks have with the Federal Reserve System utilizing cash to transfer value. Over 15 trillion Federal Reserve Notes are circulated annually through the 12 regional banks intra-district, extra-district, and internationally.Conceptualized, designed, and delivered a comprehensive interface, vision, and recommendation for the Federal Reserve System's internal social network. The closed-loop software interface and system enabled employees and leaders to business socialize interdepartmentally, unilaterally, as well as across districts. The all-encompassing technology design solution had the purpose of accommodating and preparing financial professionals for virtual social activity.Developed a proof-of-concept as well as the technical implementation documentation for the Federalreservehistory.org project which is an interactive web application to celebrate the centennial of the Federal Reserve.Worked with The White House and The U.S. Congress to deliver PIR.

Designed new products and product enhancements for the CEO Portal which boasted over 100 different web based applications for large enterprise money management.Was the principal design architect for applications such as Desktop Deposit, Event Messaging, Self-Administration, Statements and Notices, International Wire Transfer, and more.Was also the principle design architect that interfaced directly with the RIA Development Team to come up with new reusable components and sub-systems leveraging the latestin Javascript technologies such as jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3 that were to be deployedacross all the different product channels.
