• Utilized meta-analysis to examine the epidemiology of musculoskeletal injury in elite para athlete and Paralympians through assessment of the prevalence, incidence, mechanism(s), and potential treatment approaches
• Assisted in the development and testing of new sustainable and affordable wheelchair technology to be utilized by para athletes in resource-poor countries

• Proposed and obtained IRB approval to study physician bias when prescribing anti-retroviral therapy to high risk populations including sex workers, prison populations, injection drug users, and men who have sex with.
• Worked in conjunction with the Ukrainian Institute for Public Health and Policy (UIPHP)
• Designed survey methods to measure implicit bias for a target population and traveled to Ukraine (Jul-Aug 2017) to conduct 300 physician surveys from at least 9 different oblasts (regions) for analysis
