Work seasonally as a Project Manager for MPact Roofing. Job responsibilities include: going to sites and inspecting roofs, transporting materials as needed, inspecting roof installation process before, during and after, provide site cleanup for clients after project is completed and participate in the advertisement and sales of business.

Responsible for the proper production of fishing lures, ensured each product was to company standards before packaging, participated in the making of the product and packaging, painted, cut and packaged fishing lures to standards of the company and cleaning up the workshop as needed.

Manager of all employees on shift at a time, ensured the shop was running smoothly by checking all equipment and appliances, scheduled employees for shifts, opened and closed the shop, counted the register money and made bank runs, oversaw the production of product and customer interactions, ensured all product was satisfactory and to company standards before going to the customer, cleaned the shop and all of its appliances and participated in the interviewing/hiring process of job applicants.

Responsible for handling cash and customer interactions, run the drive thru and dining room transactions when needed, cleaning of the dining room and kitchen, handling food that went out to the customers, counting the register money at the end of a shift and making products throughout shift as needed.
