I am a devoted educator who is passionate about promoting development in a range of learning settings. My background includes working as a classroom teacher, coordinating programs, and holding leadership positions in educational institutions.As the current Director of Education and Vocational Training at the Masonic Home for Children, I develop comprehensive programs for youth aged 0-23, focusing on academic excellence, vocational preparedness, and life skills development. My approach combines individualized learning plans with collaborative partnerships to ensure support for each child's unique needs.Previously, I've served as a middle school teacher, where I honed my skills in adaptive teaching methods and creating inclusive learning environments.
