Worked with an organization called Camp Bizsmart that farmed innovative ideas for Silicon Valley companies from 12-14 year old students. I was responsible for taking the students ideas and transforming them into a tangible product that could be pitched to a panel of tech industry professionals. I was responsible for ideation, final design iterations, CAD modeling, and prototype production for the proposed products.

Worked with a team of 6+ employees scheduling/performing bike repairs on varying levels of bicycles. Responsible for maintaining repair schedule, item stock, cost estimates, and proper execution of repairs. Worked closely with customers to build custom bicycles to fit the customers preferences and budget. Focused on keeping the repair team motivated and on task to complete schedule in a timely manner.
