Management of Multiplan Client Portal: • Oversight and management of the “Multiplan client portal” for Cigna and various healthcare providers, ensuring smooth operations and optimal utilization. 2. Claims Department Analysis: • Analyze negotiation requests on a daily basis within the claims department, assessing and processing claims efficiently and accurately. 3. Preparation of Mediation/Settlement Reports: • Prepare detailed RBP (Reference-Based Pricing) mediation and settlement reports derived from negotiation analyses. Communicate insights and findings from these reports to direct supervisors for informed decision-making. 4. Strategic Consultation with Management: • Collaborate with the management team to devise and implement long-term strategies aimed at fostering effective relationships with clients and members, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. 5.
