I assist with special group activities and outings. I am responsible for the entertainment and safety of a group of students with physical/social/developmental disabilities ranging from ages 7-20.

After working as a Student Caller for the Alumni Relations Department, I was promoted to manager of the other Student Callers. My new duties include scheduling and supervising calling shifts, delegating calling pools, evaluating & encouraging employees. As well as contacting alumni to update them about campus happenings, answering all questions they may have, and asking them to participate in annual donation campaigns.

I was responsible for maintaining the Florida Southern College Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter pages. This included researching, curating, editing, posting, and promoting. I was also responsible for managing 2-3 other social media interns.

My duties included calling past alumni to update them about current campus happenings, answer any and all questions they may have, and to ask them to participate in our annual donation campaigns. I was an employee for the Fall 2015 semester. During that semester, I was the number one caller of the program having won four Awards of Excellence (Highest Total Number of Pledges, Most Dollars Raised, Most Credit Card Pledges, & Highest Average Pledge). I was then promoted to Manager of the Call Center.

I was responsible for calling clients, setting up appointments, managing the company’s calendar, office organization and clean up, communication with vendors, organization of clientele paperwork, collecting payments, and several other office duties.
