Omega Phi Alpha is an organization centered around community service. The membership director is in charge of all factors of recruitment and the education of new members. Specifically, the membership director plans, executes, and manages all activities during the week of recruitment.

Maintained and upheld cleanliness standards in dining rooms and the kitchen and communicated with peers to ensure tasks were complete in the midst of a fast-paced restaurant environment.
