I am passionate about philanthropy, and in 2018 I founded the nonprofit organization Bags with a Blessing. The organization serves the stark county community by collecting gently used backpacks, briefcases, duffle bags, and purses filled with toiletries. With the help of family, friends, and local businesses, I manage donation inventory to process for the shelters. With strategic fundraising, planning, and networking, the organization grew 10% within the first year. I spearheaded relationship-building initiatives with potential funders and community donors throughout the years through research and constant contact.For Farm credit, I am a Loan Officer and Marketing strategist. As a loan officer, I originated, reviewed, processed, closed, and administered customer loan proposals. I initiated the Rural 1st marketing panel specializing in brand innovation and market strategy. I lead recruitment events at my Alma Mater, The Ohio State University, to explain company benefits and loan officer roles. Through creative marketing innovation and relationships with local real taste professionals, I increased loans and earnings to develop and expand existing customer sales, increasing annual sales.In addition to my job and nonprofit management, I attend The University of Akron School of Law to pursue my JD. I am excited to bring the verbal and written communication skills I have learned throughout my Financial and Marketing experience to the forefront of my career as an attorney.
