As part of the Professional Services Dept. our goal is to guide customers through the Implementation phase and ensure a smooth transition to the EnterpriseIQ ERP platform. I manage several implementation projects simultaneously from design, to prototyping, piloting, and Go Lives. I also still provide ad hoc reporting and data visualization for other clients in support of our BI Dashboards tool.

Working as a part of the Global Delivery Center, I managed a wide range of projects from report writing, business intelligence and data visualization, to ERP software upgrade, and Go-Live support. Our goal is working with customers to keep their implementations on time and under budget, and to provide them with the tools needed to fuel growth and make the best data driven decisions.

This position allowed me to successfully complete the largest single customer upgrade for the company, spanning 13 years of software releases. It also afforded experience with reporting, barcoding standards and automation, and strong proficiency with SQL development and data manipulation/visualization.
