I have been in the Food & beverage industry for 7 years now. I always wanted to learn how to bartend, so i took up a bartending class in Austin. I went straight into bartending for the Formula 1 races and then soon after into the restaurant industry. While in austin i worked at different bar settings. I've done craft cocktail work in small intimate restaurants as well as high volume fast pace work at a margarita bar. In 2016 i took a job with a tourism company called Club med as a bartender at their Florida location. Since 2016 i have traveled to 4 different countries; Turks & Caicos Islands, Dominican Republic, France and Mexico, all either an Assistant Bar Manager or Bar Manager. Im fluent in English, can hold conversations in Spanish and French as well. Working with club med I was constantly working long hours and working in high volume/stress positions. I was responsible for setting up all events, weddings, private cocktails, holiday themed parties, bar income/revenue, bar cost, inventories and stock control, scheduling and planning. Being behind a bar is my passion, I enjoy interacting with different people on a daily bases.
