As an Able Rate Cryptologic Technician, I worked in two different roles. The first was onboard HMS Defender and the second was at RAF Wyton.● Passed out of Royal Navy Phase One training at HMS Raleigh (April - July 2021).● Completed specialist training at HMS Collingwood where I qualified as a Cryptologic Technician (August 2021 - December 2021).● Deployed onboard HMS Defender for Operation Cold Response (Arctic Circle) where I gained experience operating as a Cryptologic Technician. This involved the collection of signals transmitted from other vessels using advanced military technology, analysing the data within them and then identifying what was useful intelligence. This intelligence would then be delivered to senior officers through daily, weekly and end-of-operation reports. I was also involved in numerous seamanship evolutions and duties (January 2022 - May 2022).● Completed additional specialist training to further enhance my knowledge and skills as a Cryptologic Technician (June 2022 - December 2022).● Conducted a deployment at RAF Wyton where I was a member of the Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) team in a tri-service environment. Here I utilised key analytical skills on the Internet to collect open source information on a range of different issues in the interests of the Royal Navy. I produced daily OSINT reports which were distributed to other Royal Navy intelligence establishments as well as figures from foreign Navies (January 2023 - April 2024).

During my time as a Customer Service Assistant at Sainsbury's I had various responsibilities:● Operated the store's checkouts and self-scan facilities whilst maintaining good customer service to improve the customers' shopping experience.● Gathered shopping trollies from the store's car park in a safe manner.● Replenished item stock on shelves.● Greeted customers as they walked in the store and promoted the "SmartShop" handheld devices, leading to a more time-efficient shopping experience.
