• During my time as a Customer Service Assistant at Sainsbury's I had various responsibilities:
• Operated the store's checkouts and self-scan facilities whilst maintaining good customer service to improve the customers' shopping experience.
• Gathered shopping trollies from the store's car park in a safe manner.
• Replenished item stock on shelves.
• Greeted customers as they walked in the store and promoted the "SmartShop" handheld devices, leading to a more time-efficient shopping experience.
