Taylor Santoro serves as Vice President for SitusAMC on the Appraisal & Consulting group. Mr. Santoro joined SitusAMC in May 2023 and has over 10 years of experience in real property valuation and consulting. Mr. Santoro’s primary focus is centered around the quarterly valuation and valuation review for a leading global real estate investment firm with exposure to core, value-add, and development assets. Prior to joining SitusAMC, Mr. Santoro serviced as the Chief Operations Officer at a large real estate development company headquartered in Philadelphia. He oversaw the construction of over 200 housing units and managed a team of 55 employees. Before his career in real estate development, Mr. Santoro served as a Manager within KPMG’s Economic and Valuation Services group, providing valuation and consulting services to the firm’s institutional real estate clients. His experience in financial reporting includes U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), including Fair Value Measurements (ASC 820 and IFRS 13); Business Combinations (ASC 805 and IFRS 3); Lease Accounting (ASC 840 & 842); Impairment of Assets (ASC 360 and IAS 36); and Intangibles – Good Will (ASC 350).
