Associate Creative Director
Current• Collaborate with art directors, strategists, copywriters, and other designers to bring stories and concepts to life from start to finish.•Mentor and manage creative team members to improve their capabilities and nurture their career paths.• Gain and exhibit advanced understanding and knowledge of agency practices, from enhanced product content to product launches to awareness campaigns.• Work closely with our creative, strategy, studio, and account teams to brainstorm, design, and execute on concepts and content across digital channels•Develop style guides for campaigns as related to lockups, graphics, art direction, and motion/animation treatments and drive their application across all touchpoints and marketing channels to ensure tonal consistency.• Manage a small team, providing high-level brand guidance and giving feedback on specific deliverables to ensure all assets are on-brand and executed against a high standard.• Collaborate with the photo/video studio team to define art direction for client projects and direct photo shoots when necessary to bring concepts to life. You will also conduct swipe research, create video storyboards, work with stylists to spec/acquire props, order and direct the design of sets as needed, and work with producers to procure voice and model talent.• Stay up to date on the latest industry trends and bring new ideas, inspiration, and creativity to all areas of my work.•Develop thoughtful, creative work that relates to a project’s overall strategy.
