I grew up in a small town just west of Lafayette. Ever since high school I knew I wanted to join my father in the family insurance business that has been in our family for over 60 years! My great grandfather started it in 1956 with his son (my grandpa). While attending Indiana Wesleyan University, my oldest brother, Blake, got out of the teaching profession and joined my father in the insurance business becoming the 4th generation Schoen at Hoosier Associates Inc. After graduating college in the spring of 2013, I have joined my father and oldest brother in the family insurance business. I feel very blessed to help service clients during the good and the bad times in life, while at the same time I get to tackle issues that come up with my father and older brother.
