Leading with love and serving more than smiles for the last decade in multiple job roles that allowed me to do what brings me the utmost joy.. taking care of people. My career history has given me a unique skill set and experiences to be able to excel and navigate my way into my next job role.Resiliency and Compassion are two qualities that I have always tried to keep in mind when handling what ever life decides to bring to the table but I learned how important those traits really are after the Campfire back in 2018. I was at the Starbucks up in Paradise when the rebuilding of the town had started to take over, we became a safe haven for the community and just as a barista I was making the largest impact while just serving a kind smile and an empathetic heart. A community had nothing left to show for but it taught me what is was to show up, truly show up for someone else. The job was more than a job at this point it became an act of service, and act of caring for others and everything aside it made me realize no matter the job you have the impact to make someones day a little better by just showing up for them. I am confident in my compassion, resiliency and enthusiasm to learn and grow in what ever job role I am fortunate enough to be apart of.
