Enrolled in WESCO's Sales Development Training Program, which is a one-year rotational program that allows for a deeper understanding of each department's day-to-day activities and processes. Worked closely with members of several varying departments to gain insight into what they do, required tasks/ responsibilities, and assisted on projects or with anything they needed help on. Shadowed the following departments: Project Development, Sales Admins, Rebates, Billing, Process Lean/ Business Operations Team, Marketing, and Supplier Relations. Navigated through several databases to find missing information needed to make an analysis. Aggregated missing data using different formulas in Excel including Vlookup, and translated that data into a Powerpoint presentation. Placed second in a Shark Tank competition where we pitched an idea to create an app that helped to increase medical adherence for patients. Internship contract was extended to a part-time position. Analyzed reports such as % in Stock by Market, Month on Hand, and Forecast Error to see where each market could improve on customer service inefficiencies to make sure inventory is readily available. Developed Summary Slides for the top 15 products to facilitate recommendations and pinpoint supply chain inefficiencies. Downloaded Stock Out reports from BOBJ to analyze and build a presentation for management to understand and pinpoint inventory inefficiencies. Updated a Stock Out presentation monthly with new inventory data. Mapped sourcing locations for API, Drug Product, Primary Packaging, and Secondary Packaging. Created and developed a user guide for Pfizer Australia's Pfizer Inventory Supply Hub (PfISH) for potential company-wide use and implementation.

Worked with students to help them understand the course material for the class Business Communication, or BCOR 299. Proofread, reviewed, and corrected student work including research papers, resumes, and other business documents. Formatted and made sure older student resource worksheets were up to date and relevant.
