Corporate Training Manager
Current- Consults with Directors, Managers and Supervisors to assess training needs.- Proposes training and development programs and objectives, which includes company new hire orientation. - Collaborates with operational trainers to ensure effective delivery of training objectives.- Teaches company operating system (Traction model) throughout the company.- Develops, implements and delivers effective training programs for varying levels of individuals within the company.- Develops and maintains continued educational support materials for reference once training has been completed.- Continually evaluates and updates curriculum as needed by monitoring training progress and procedures to analyze course effectiveness and company-wide consistency. - Provides insight and support to executives and other leaders on delivery of effective training presentations.- Manages the training team to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and resources to deliver training effectively.
