I started as a Grill cook and within 3 months was promoted to Sauté. I present great technique, method, and finesse as well as a wide range of cooking and product knowledge. I have honed my attention to detail by practicing proper measurements and volume and following recipes tirelessly. I represent the highest standard of cleanliness, organization, and time management skills by setting up and breaking down my stations for daily service. Every day I display my ability to be a team player by using clear and effective communication, as well as helping my fellow man in any way that I can. At this establishment I had the opportunity to grow my personal skills as well as strengthened my ability to manage people and work with high impact as a Salary Leadership Team member. I prioritized, delegated, and streamlined tasks while resolving all shift conflicts that may have arisen. I provided my help and knowledge as a designated trainer and back of house manager.

As an emergency room receptionist, I had the privilege of working closely with patients while triaging in a timely manner. I made sure that the patients’ needs were met, and accurate care was provided. My daily tasks involved inputting patient information into the system of operations, verifying insurance policies, and preparing and auditing patient charts for the clinical staff. I also worked daily with excel spreadsheets, insurance company websites and billing personnel. While on shift, I oversaw all emergency medical transports to and from our facility.
