I am a third year student studying at New York University and hold a 3.65 GPA. I am an FYA student, meaning I spent my first year of college abroad in London, England. I am interested in human rights, social justice, and equality and am majoring in politics and journalism. I hold the position of a student leader at NYU, helping integrate freshmen into the NYU community. I have written a research paper in collaboration with Turning Point in Macomb, Michigan to discuss the effects social media has on gender equality and domestic violence. I was also a student researcher for NYU and a vote tabulator for the Associated Press.
