As the owner and Senior Medical Rater of Stemler, Consulting Inc. my objective was to manage a team of remote Medical Transcriptionists across the United States. Our services provided quality medical documentation for numerous companies aiding Veterans in increasing their monthly compensation related to service-connected disabilities. My duties included creating and providing essential training while remaining in compliance with consistently changing VA regulations, assisting in productivity whenever needed, managing all communication between outside affiliates, and ensuring all documents were accurate and met criteria for specific medical conditions.
