As an Assistant Area Director with InterVarsity Boston, I aim to partner with colleges and universities to create spaces where students are offered meaningful and holistic support through college, given tools to grow in leadership and cross cultural competency, and called into connecting their personal faith with social justice work on campus and in Boston. I also support our team in piloting a communal support raising model- a rarity in the world of personal support raising, but a necessary change for seeking greater equity in our hiring and promotion systems. My heart is in partnership and community building, and my skills lie in finance, technology and strategy consulting. At Commonwealth, I have managed the development of financial technology tools aimed at helping Americans build financial security, led user-centered design processes to understand gaps in banking and money-management tools, and developed partnerships with financial institutions too pilot test promising applications of Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies.
Listed skills include Leadership, Teamwork, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and 3 others.
